Description of Service
Tranory provides tools including a trading journal, analytics, psychology tracking, strategy management, reporting, exports, and premium subscription features.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, use the app lawfully, and respect intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities
You may not reverse engineer the application, copy the software, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, use automated scraping tools, abuse the platform, or violate applicable laws.
Subscription
Tranory offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Pricing may change with notice through the Play Store.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Tranory cannot directly issue refunds for Play Store purchases.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to Tranory, including logos, branding, design, software, source code, graphics, icons, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Tranory.
User Content
You retain ownership of your trading journal and uploaded content. By using cloud services, you grant Tranory permission to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may temporarily interrupt services.
Limitation of Liability
Tranory is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding trading performance, investment returns, profitability, or market outcomes. Tranory shall not be liable for financial losses resulting from your trading decisions.
Financial Disclaimer
Tranory is not a broker, financial advisor, portfolio manager, or investment advisory service. All analytics are informational only. Always perform your own research before making investment decisions.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may also stop using Tranory at any time.
Updates
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of Tranory after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
